About Paul E. Niedermeyer

Paul provides strategic, financial and marketing leadership and advisory services to technology startup companies, institutional private equity investment funds and seed- and early-stage investors. He possesses 14 years senior management, marketing and product management experience in venture-backed startups and major global technology corporations.

Prior to PN LLC, Paul worked seven (7) years at Verio Inc., a wholly-owned foreign subsidiary of NTT Communications. There, he served as product line manager for Verio's small-medium-enterprise (SME) business unit generating $25M+/year selling web-hosting products.

Prior to Verio, Niedermeyer worked at Network Solutions/SAIC as a product manager. Prior to Network Solutions, Paul created whois.net and sold the company in 1997.

Paul is a member of the ACFE, PMI, and SCIP. Professionally, he has earned the following certifications: Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Mr. Niedermeyer holds a B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Business Administration from the University of California (UC) Berkeley. Mr. Niedermeyer is also a candidate for an M.S. in Computer Science from Florida Atlantic University (FAU) March 2009.
