PN Collects Contact Form and Log File Information
The only information that PN collects on the site is your name and email address when you contact us using a formmail message. If the web form is submitted successfully, we also record the originating IP address. This is done to make it easier for us to discern genuine inquiries from spam. Like most web sites, PN also uses web log files to track site usage and to customize your experience on our web site. Only aggregated data is collected and the log files are not tied to your personally identifiable information.
PN May Receive Origin and Destination Information
Due to the communications standards on the Internet, when you visit the PN website, we automatically receive the URL of the site from which you came and the site to which you are going when you leave PN. We also receive the Internet protocol (IP) address of your computer (or the proxy server you use to access the World Wide Web), your computer operating system and type of web browser you are using, as well as the name of your ISP. This information is used to analyze overall trends to help us improve the PN service. The linkage between your IP address and your personally identifiable information is never shared with third-parties without your permission or except when required by law.
Children are not eligible to use our service and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) do not submit any personal information to us or use the service.
PN will communicate with you through notices posted on this website. PN will respond to you via email if you contact us. You may not opt out of receiving these critical service emails.
PN Shares Information With Third Parties
We will share your personally identifiable with third parties (such as a business partner) to carry out your instructions and to provide specific services that you have requested. We may provide aggregated data about the usage of our services to third-parties for such purposes as we deem, in our sole discretion, to be appropriate.
It is possible that we may need to disclose personal information when required by law. We will disclose such information wherein we have a good-faith belief that it is necessary to comply with a court order, ongoing judicial proceeding, or other legal process (such as a search warrant, subpoena, or statute) served on our company or to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
Accessing and Changing Your Account Information
We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
If you have any questions about security on our Web site, you can send email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To protect any data you store on our servers we also regularly audit our system for possible vulnerabilities and attacks and we use a tier-one secured-access data center.
